Our return policy does not include items listed on sale.
We have a strong 30-day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only after 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. After 30 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send us an email within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT refund any items.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for reimbursement or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to our email. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover related cost to reimburse.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reason.

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving confirmation of your order. Please be advised that any cancellations requested after 24 hours or purchase can not be completed.

You can make changes to orders placed within 24 hours of purchase and before orders are fulfilled.
